All projects are governed by separate agreements outlining scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities.
Orders placed on this website are priced as shown at the time of ordering. The listed price covers the service described and the agreed project scope. Features or material changes requested after approval are quoted separately. Domain renewals, hosting upgrades, premium database services, paid APIs, plugins and other third-party services are excluded unless included in the approved order or quotation.
Payment is made in two equal parts: a 50% deposit when you place the order, and the remaining 50% when the completion notice is given. Online payments are made in Kenyan shillings (KES) through Paystack, using M-Pesa, Visa or Mastercard.
Final administrative access, credentials, source-code handover and other final deliverables may be withheld until the project fee is paid in full. Ownership of completed deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment.
Delivery time depends on the size and complexity of the project, timely payment, feedback, approvals and the provision of required content. A standard website project is estimated at 7 to 14 working days under these conditions. Defects within the agreed scope that are reported within 30 days after deployment are handled according to the applicable warranty conditions. Maintenance after the warranty period is optional and billed separately.
Academic assistance is limited to research guidance, editing, visualization, mapping, formatting, and technical support. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website designs, maps, cartographic products, graphics, reports, software, and written content remain the intellectual property of Rioba Mwita.
